Terms & Conditions of Use

The Perth & Tattersalls Bowling & Recreation Club is a licenced venue and all drinks must be purchased from the Bar (including soft drinks & bottled water).  The club provides bar staff and the venue can accommodate up to 200 guests.

  • Strictly NO BYO or TAKEAWAYS allowed.
  • No liquor will be served to minors (under 18 years of age).
  • No intoxicated persons will be admitted to the Club.
  • Intoxicated persons will be refused service of liquor.

Accounts – all bookings require a minimum non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the event with the balance of accounts to be paid 14 days prior to the event.  Invoices will not be sent after your event without a Purchase Order by prior arrangement.

Bar Tabs by prior arrangement and must be settled upon reaching the expressed limit.  Payment accepted by EFTPOS, Cheque or Cash (no AMEX).

Inspection of venue by appointment only.

Decorations acceptable by prior arrangement – NO CONFETTI allowed.  The Hirer is responsible for setup and returning the venue to its original condition after use. Cleaning fees may apply.

Barefoot Bowling – no shoes allowed on the greens unless instructed by the group Tutors.  We recommend forming your own teams prior to arrival.  We have 2 Greens with 6 Rinks on each and each Green can accommodate a maximum of 48 players.

Dress Code – footwear must be worn indoors for your safety.  The Club expects all members and guest to dress in an appropriate manner at all times when attending the Club premises.  Unacceptable attire includes swimwear, shirts with obscene or offensive language, dirty or damaged clothing. SINGLETS or TANK TOPS not acceptable.

CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The Perth & Tattersalls Bowling & Recreation Club requires a non-refundable 50% deposit payable in advance to secure a booking.

Final number of guests/players attending your event to be confirmed at least 14 days prior to your event and the balance of your account to be settled at this time.  If the number of attendees is not confirmed at this time, all charges shall remain as quoted and we cannot guarantee our service & facilities will be available for your event.

A refund will only be payable in the following circumstances:

  1. Barefoot Bowls – when greens are deemed unsuitable for play;
  2. Long-term Parking – if your written notice to cancel is received within 30 days of cancelling;
  3. If a closure/cancellation occurs due to legislative restrictions;
  4. Management approval of extenuating circumstances upon receiving a written request.

All deposits shall be refunded by Electronic Funds Transfer to your nominated bank account.
